Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as new drop releases or seasonal sales), processing times may take up to 5 business days. Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Fulfillment & Delivery Times Because our items are produced and handled with specialized care, total fulfillment and delivery time takes between 12 to 21 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every piece meets our quality standards.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a direct tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
